As of July 1st, 2014, Web Forms and Associated Public Pages created through the InterCity Amature Radio Club application satisfy the technical standards of Section508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. 794d. The technical standards for compliance with Section 508 are defined in Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 36, Part 1194. Web Forms and Associated Public Pages created with InterCity Amature Radio Club satisfy the technical criteria for Web-based intranet and internet information and applications at 36 CFR §1194.22 and Functional performance criteria at 36 CFR §1194.31. Additionally, Web Forms and Associated Public Pages created with InterCity Amature Radio Club satisfy the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 with a conformance level of AA. Veer West LLC does not make any compliance statement for parts of the InterCity Amature Radio Club application intended for form creators, including the form builder and the form management features.
Definitions
The following definitions apply to this statement:
Web Forms. Any form created via the InterCity Amature Radio Club application and displayed to web users over an internet connection.
Associated Public Pages. Any web page served by the InterCity Amature Radio Club application that can be accessed through the course of a web user filling out and submitting a form (for instance, the submission confirmation page).
